What’s the number one skill set in network marketing? If I had to pick one thing, it would probably be relationship creation –  creating powerful relationships. I would even go a step further and say that even on a scale, as you’re becoming a leader with a large organisation, you’re actually getting paid for the quality of relationships you’re creating with your leadership and your team.

Now, relationship-making, even on the scale of meeting prospects and creating relationships, is super important. We all know that without becoming a master prospector and recruiter, it’s impossible to create results in network marketing.

Even if we scale up and think about a seven-figure earner, they are actually getting paid for the quality of the relationships that they have created with their leadership, and the more you focus on creating better relationships with your team, the higher your income is going to grow. So, if I had to pick one skill set that is going to become really important, is starting to study people and knowing how to use that information to create better relationships with people around us.
