How Can You Use Inception?

How can you use inception? What is actually inception? Inception is like inserting ideas into people’s minds without them realising it. In network marketing this is a really important concept that we can use in a very powerful way, for good obviously. As we are working with brand new people, our prospects who we want to join us in our teams, or perhaps even with our team members, and ascend them through their leadership. It’s really important that we understand that we want people… That we want these people to actually come to their own conclusions why it’s important to take certain type of action, for your prospect obviously, why they want to join your team.

It’s sometimes hard to tell people these are the reasons and here is why you should do that. It is sometimes simpler to actually share a story and actually get the prospect or the team member to come up with their own conclusion, which is aligned with what you really believe would be the best for that person. Leadership, all it is, it’s really getting people to do the things that you know are the best for people, but they perhaps don’t feel confident or perhaps they feel uncomfortable in taking that action. How can you use inception? It’s really important, as you think about building large international network marketing teams, inception, becomes increasingly important, because it’s actually the core of duplication.

Duplication, all it is is getting other people both prospects and team members to think that whatever we are doing in front of them is simple to duplicate. You want them to think yes, I can do this. While you are doing your business, just remember, everything that duplicates is going to be the type of activity that your prospects and team members actually start to think about, and think yes, I can do this. If you can give this particular inception to your prospects and your team members you are going to create large, massive organisations which are based on duplication.

How can you use inception? Make sure you are doing things that are massively duplicatable, and you are giving inception of “I can do this” to your prospects and team members.
