How Can I Identify My Limiting Beliefs?

How can I identify my limiting beliefs? That’s a really good one, because what we don’t know can hurt us. Right? So, if we don’t know, what are some of the things that are keeping us from becoming more, and being more, and expanding. Then my best advice to you is, ask somebody who could actually help you from the outside. Typically, this is a mentor, who has been through what you’re already going, who has created more results, more success in what you’re currently doing.

And so, just imagine every single time that there’s a small ray of light being shone on something that perhaps you cannot see. There’s something that you discover about yourself. And sometimes it’s often a matter of seconds how you can reframe yourself and that can cause a massive breakthrough. So, limiting beliefs can damage us.

If you’re wondering right now, if you’re stuck right now, and you’re wondering, “What is it really that I need to change?” And quite often, it’s internal things. It’s the way that we look at challenges. That is the best way, step around people who are more successful, ask them a question. And so, what do you see? Ask them really quality questions, such as, “What do you see in my journey I can do better? What would you do better if you were in my situation? From what you see in my business, what do you see are some of my blind spots?”

As you’re asking these quality questions to people who are your mentors, who are more successful, who have more experience than yourself, I believe that just some simple reframing, sometimes you can experience a massive breakthrough, have more clarity, more confidence, and take more action.
