Do you have a brand new product or service launch happening in your network marketing company, and you’re wondering how can I leverage that to maximise the growth of my team? How can I leverage that to create great consumption and adoption of this brand new product?

It’s an amazing opportunity. If you’re having a brand new product launch in the near future, you can really do so much. If you’re already a leader that has a large organisation, this will become increasingly important as it’s not always recruiting new people and training people to become leaders, but it’s also increasing the consumption of our customers and team members so that we can increase the volumes and continuously maintain the retention of the people that are loving and using our products or services.

If a brand new product launch is happening, what I really suggest you do is make sure that you have a tool that everybody can share, because as we all know anything we do in our business would really get us more results if it is duplicatable and if it is systemized. So, if we have a brand new product launch or a service launch happening in our company, the first thing I focus on is what is my team going to say? How can they actually share the message? How can they actually get a tool that will share the message for them?

If the company is not providing that, perhaps you can venture out and actually create something simple, in your own words, that is compliant with your company’s message so that everyone in your team has a better tool to be able to share the message around the new product launch.

Not only that, once you have a tool I think it’s really important that you give your team members, especially your leaders, a goal to hit, a target to hit. For example, everyone’s going to share this video with 10 existing customers. Everyone’s going to share this video with all their team members that have gone missing in action and are not active right now.

So you give tangible goals, how to share this tool, in advance for the product launch. Especially on the day of the product launch, this is when you have specific instructions for your team. It works really well if you can couple it with a Zoom training, with a webinar training, and launch this product with your team together with your leadership, with testimonies perhaps if people have had the chance to trial the product or service ahead of time. This can then become a really successful product launch, not only to increase the consumption in your team, but start to increase your leadership duplication and actually get everyone more results faster.
