The One Reason Leaders Plateau

Wow, this is super interesting because we all have different goals and targets we want to achieve and visions and missions and so on. But what I see that leaders get continuously … They stumble upon this and what happens is perhaps you’re already growing a network marketing business and you’ve been in business maybe for a few months or even a couple of years. And you’ve actually got some runs on the board. You’ve actually got some results. Perhaps you’re even coming close to a six figure annual income. And at one point you plateau. And there’s absolutely nothing you can do to get back into momentum, to reactivate your team.

So the one reason that I’m gonna share with you today that leaders plateau and this happens because of the way we actually see ourselves. You see, it’s all about what is it that we really see for ourselves with bigger incomes. Quite a lot of the times it happens that when we’re covering our basic expenses in our life whether that’s $2,000 or $5,000 or $10,000 a month when we’re comfortably covering those expenses with our new business income sometimes we don’t have a vision big enough to understand why we need to strive further.

So I want you to dig deep today. I want you to really understand what is the reason that you’re gonna be getting up for the next 15, 20, 30 years of your life and driving your business bigger. Because, let’s face it, you are going to have a residual income if you create systems and duplication in your team. So why would you keep going? If you don’t have a vision big enough, if you don’t have a vision that is bigger than yourself, if you don’t know exactly what you may be doing with the millions and millions of dollars that you may potentially earn, you may plateau and get stuck. And this can be really, really a sticking point.  

So I want you to dig deep and really understand why. Why is it that you really want to go further? Because the first set of why’s as we get started in our business are about creating a better lifestyle and being able to afford certain things. Perhaps travel around the world. Perhaps better education for your children. Whatever that may be. But once you’ve covered that, once your daily or monthly income is way beyond what you can personally or your family can spend why do you keep going? And so it’s really important that you have this vision way ahead of time before coming to this plateau. And if you are in this plateau and you’re sticking in it perhaps consider what your vision is like.

And I believe this is going to get you off this plateau. It’s going to get you back into action. I’m not saying you have to overwork and go back into 16-hour days. But there are things in life that are more important than just covering our basic expenses. So I’m excited for you. This is gonna take you further and 10-X your business.
