How can I motivate leaders earning between $3,000 and $6,000 to step up? That’s a very good question and the reason we are talking about this today is because this is what we’ve seen in the past. Depending on the country, obviously having international business, we’ve seen it in many different countries and it’s never about maybe the $10,000 a month or it could be between $3,000 and $6,000 a month, depending on the country. It means that people can actually have a very good quality of life and when a leader that has been working in the business, he’s worked for a certain amount of time, obviously and they’ve been working hard in their business and they are achieving that goal of between 3,000 and 6,000 depending, again, depending on the country and $3,000 in certain countries is like earning $10,000 in ours. Between three and six usually.

The quality of life is so much better. And what happens is they may need to add that vision that they have. Because sometimes it’s not big enough because what happens most of the time is that that leader, the reason they got started is because they wanted to have a better quality of life, which is something they have achieved already by earning this $3,000 to $6,000 consistently, in their business.

The question is if I want my business to keep thriving, if I want my business to keep growing, how can I help them to step up without pushing them to do something they don’t want to do? And what we’ve seen that has worked very well in the past, is to meet with them and paint them the picture that they have achieved their own goals of having a better quality of life or buying the new house, or buying the new car, and having all these things that they always wanted, now it’s all about having a bigger vision for them and for people that they have in their teams.

The way you’re going to get them to step up, it’s about how you paint the vision for them and how they understand that it is super important that they need to be able to pass on their knowledge, their abilities, their skills, pass them on to people in their teams and for that, then going to have to step up to a new level, which is that leadership role in which they’re going to inspire other people to be what they are. To be how they are today and that, at certain point in their life, they were inspired by someone else that was at that level, earning the 3,000 to 6,000 or more per month. Now it’s time for them to be that leader and pass that on to others.

So the better you can paint that picture for that leader, the more chances you will have that they will step up without you having to remind them or push them sometimes or drag them along to actually do that.
