7 Bad Recruiting Habits, Part 6

Have you heard these words before?

“Get in at the top”

“Ground floor opportunity”

I certainly have and…after almost 9 years of helping people get results

in network marketing I can say with a great sense of certainty: it doesn’t

matter when you start!

You always have the opportunity to have a successful and prosperous business.

Watch this video and you will understand why:

Many people use “get in at the top” and “ground floor opportunity” to quickly attract

more people. The challenge is that this can create false expectations

that by “getting in at the top” you’ll be set of life. No more work required.

You and I know that these types of marketing strategies may be dangerous and

damaging to your own business in the long term.

Why? You must create the right expectation for the brand new person that

joins your team. Tell them that they will have to work hard for a while until they get

enough leadership and leverage in their team.

This practice is better than promising “a ground floor opportunity” where

you are promising them they will benefit from someone else’s hard-work work.

If you take action for long enough in network marketing, YOU WILL GET THE RESULTS!
