Here is why you’re struggling with your business. I’m going to share with you exactly why, perhaps right now you’re really struggling with your business. And while your intention to compress the time and compress the 40 year plan into 4 and create a super network marketing business maybe, right? Perhaps you’re really struggling with it. And one thing to remember is that you really need to choose one thing. Now, first of all, that starts with choosing one network marketing business. I have still to meet a person, a leader that has built two businesses at the same time to a seven figure level. I just don’t think it’s possible, and more importantly, I don’t think you can lead a team while you’re pointing them towards different things. So number one, choose one network marketing business, but it goes much deeper than that. You see, perhaps you’re thinking about, you’re watching this video and saying ‘I want to learn from Pyjama Bosses’.
Wow. They give so much information about systems and duplication. I want to learn from them and that’s great. What is really difficult in today’s world is to choose one path. We’re getting inundated with information. We’re getting inundated with advice and so many new strategies. I mean literally there’s a new social media strategy each and every single day, so I caution you against that. I caution you to choose a direction. If you’re a leader, if you have a large team, this is going to be the one thing that is going to allow you to point towards seven figures to achieve the seven figures. The one thing that your team is looking for in you is certainty and direction, and that means choosing a path. If you’re a leader, you got to choose a path. You got to have the certainty and you got to go the full direction until this path is working.
If we’re talking about a recruiting strategy, choose a recruiting strategy, and for three months only do that. Don’t go and look for another one just because in the first week you haven’t made it work. Take some time to really learn it, implement it and get results from it. And so if you’re struggling in your business, I want you to minimize. I want you to become more minimalistic about your approach and I want you to choose direction and show it to your team when you’ve made it work.
