Why You Are Stuck

Why are you stuck? I mean, people come to us each and every single day and say, “ I’m doing everything right. I’m prospecting. I’m recruiting. I’m talking to my team. I’m training my team, but it’s just not working. It seems like I’m continuously stuck in this one plateau. I’m experiencing some kind of result, so it gets really frustrating. Why can’t I scale my income? Why can’t I scale my business?”

If you’re experiencing this, this is probably something you’ll be really interested in understanding, so I think most of us get really stuck in a situation, or when we get really overwhelmed, when we have too many things, and we’re continuously taking, sometimes, not very intentional action.

What I think the best way out of being stuck in a situation and overwhelmed is taking a step back, and really looking at, number one, why are you doing this and why are you passionate about doing this? What is this going to do for your long-term vision of who you’re becoming and where you’re going in your life? That’s number one. Get really connected to that vision, that passion, those butterflies that got you started on this journey.

Number two, if you’re feeling stuck and overwhelmed, it is often about simplifying what you’re doing and perhaps not doing so much of what you’re doing, but asking yourself, how can I do less by accomplishing more? Asking these paradoxical questions that we don’t believe are, perhaps, giving us answers or they’re not possible. It is probably some limiting belief that is holding us back, and we’re really just very close to a breakthrough, but we’re feeling really stuck because we can’t see the other side of it.

If you’re feeling stuck in your network marketing business right now, what I would do is take a step back. Perhaps take half an hour out, listen to some music, and ask yourself some really good-quality questions. Sometimes even meditating or getting really quiet or getting really centred to who you are and what your purpose is, could really get you clarity and confidence, and my number one advice is, if you’re stuck, you’re probably doing too many things.

So, cancel everything you’re doing, identify one goal, one thing, one skill that you’re going to really focus on, and get around people who can teach you to become better at that, and you will see the overwhelm will disappear, results will show up, and you’ll have the confidence to get back into action.
