A lot of people ask us this question: “How can I, in a short amount of time, create an amazing success story”?
I believe a quantum leap in results always calls for a quantum leap in activity. If we want to make a lot of money in our business, we are going to have to take a lot of action, have a 90-day blitz or something like that.
However there is another part of the story that we forget to mention sometimes.
A quantum leap in activity is only possible when we are able to overcome or eliminate the fear that we are facing in our business.
Fear can be many things. It can be worry, doubt, excuses, procrastination, a lack of belief and other things.
So if you truly want to succeed and you’re ready for that next step right now, and you are looking for that quantum leap, then you are going to have to commit to massive action over the next 6 to 12 months.
At the same time, you also need a strategy or a process to overcome your worry, doubt, excuses, procrastination, and lack of belief and fear.
Here is a simple three-step process to eliminate fear and get rid of doubt and procrastination.
1. Focus on what you are GIVING to people.
Sometimes, when people start in network marketing, we are faced with several challenges. It’s really hard to do things we’ve never done. It’s hard to go talk to people. It’s scary to pick up the phone.
If we are able to focus on the opportunity that can change peoples lives and we have a passion for helping people to find a way in their lives … If you focus on “how you are helping people” and “what you are giving to people” then much of your worry, doubt, excuses, procrastination, and fear will simply fall away.
So let’s refocus on what we do for others rather than always worrying if we are doing things right and whether we are doing them enough.
2. Trust the law of massive numbers.
As you immerse in massive action, focus on the law of massive numbers and trust that the more activity you do the greater your results will be, also because when you are immersed in massive activity, you are at the same time building your skills.
The law od massive numbers never fails and you will find the more massive the numbers the more the statistics will skew in your favor!
3. Focus on activity & let go of outcome.
Are you frustrated with a long list of zeros in your back office. I was too a long time ago … Don’t repeatedly open your back office, look at the numbers and cry to yourself again how it hasn’t happened and how you aren’t doing enough.
The numbers you want to focus on is on how much action you are taking. Focus on going through the motions and learning new skills. Focus on talking to more people, and recruiting more people. This will have you focus on your leadership, rather than turnover and ranks every day.
That doesn’t mean that you forget to focus on the ultimate outcome. You should always set goals. But during the process, you should focus on the process.
As a leader we model behavior. A successful leader gets people to take action because they are taking action. They are constantly recruiting, constantly serving and constantly improving their leadership skills.
So these are the three steps how to eliminate your fear to take massive action and create a quantum leap in your business! Make sure you start applying what you learned here today and create a quantum leap in your business.
