Stop taking this one risk and your business will expand. Wow, Masa, what is the one risk that I’m taking? You’re probably wondering. Well, here’s the thing, you know how you’re building a small team probably already have a few people working with you and you know you’re telling them exactly what to do and that’s great because you’re giving them direction, you’re helping them, you’re coaching them. The one risk you’re taking by doing that is actually for them to not exactly know how to do that. What I’m saying, for example, as you say “Guys, in this week we’re all going to focus on sponsoring three people” and that’s a great direction. You’re choosing direction for them. You’re telling that this is what needs to happen. A brand new member joins your team. You know they need to do a certain thing to get to the first rank.
All of those things are great, but if you don’t tell your team members how to do it and break it down exactly and really have the exact path of how to achieve that. The risk you’re taking is that because they don’t know how to do it, they are not going to do it. So I want you to, every time that you’re talking with your team, not assume that they already know. I’ve made this assumption way too often and sometimes we just assume people know certain things we’ve already repeated a thousand times. Well, let’s not assume that. Let’s always make clear exactly how something needs to happen. So if you’re talking with your team this week and you’re showing them what needs to happen go into the how-to’s. Well, for you to sponsor three people, this is how many people you need to put onto your list and this is exactly how you’re going to talk to them and how you’re going to share the opportunity afterwards.
And this is how you’re going to present it and this is the video you’re going to share and afterwards this is how you’re going to follow up. This is how you’re going to introduce me on a three way call. You get the picture right? You need to go into the details and while you’re doing that, perhaps you want to record yourself too and create a little tool so that you don’t have to be continuously repeating yourself the next time you want to explain yourself.
So the risk that you’re taking is really that your team does not know exactly what you mean by what you’re telling them. So make sure you’re talking about the how to as well as what needs to happen. I hope you take this onboard, tell your team how to do things and take action on it straight away.

zanima me, ali je mogoče dobiti ta natančna navodila, o katerih govoriš v tem videu? In če da, kje so dosegljiva? Sama sem bila v MLM, vendar od ljudi nad mano nisem dobila ustreznih navodil v zvezi z mlm delom, ki je pač specifično.
