How can I help a new team member get results in 24 hours or less? That’s a great question and I think the most important thing in order to get someone results in the first 24 hours is to harness the energy and the excitement that they have the moment you are right there with them. For example, if you’re talking about network marketing, the most important, the most exciting moment is the moment when you sign up, when somebody has opened your mind to a possibility of making extra money and achieving some dreams that you always had. Right there and then is when you are the most excited.

So what you need to do is to harness that energy and put it into action. The most important thing that you can do in the first 24 hours for someone to have results is to harness the energy that they have and put it into action. Very simple thing to do, is the 10-3-1 rule. 10 means get them to call 10 people that they know straight away. It’s a very simple way to do it, and it’s always about reminding that person that you’re calling of the things that they’ve always complained or kind of told you a little bit about that they are not happy. Then link back to the opportunity that you’re about to present, so they actually listen to it. So, 10 of those straight away.

Three is for three-way calls. So out of those 10 people that will watch your presentation or your opportunity, maybe about three of them will be the ones that probably will be most excited and want to know of your prospects. Get those three prospects on a call with you. So you have your brand new person that you’re trying to get results for in their first 24 hours, then you have your prospect on the other line, or their prospect on the other, and then you are doing the three-way call to validate and to answer the questions that the prospect has. So you can do three of them.

The one is, out of those three, at least one of them will sign up. That’s how you get somebody results in the first 24 hours. It’s all about harnessing the energy and getting that energy and excitement and put it into action, but the right action. That’s what you want to do in the first 24 hours.
